Choosing a Category and Important Things to Remember

Welcome to Happy Fox- the new home for all your Demand Gen requests!

 

Some important things to remember when submitting a ticket:

  • Please do not attach any documents that contain any client or contact personally identifiable information (i.e. names, emails, phone numbers, etc.). 
    • If you have files with client or contact information, please email to [email protected] with the ticket number in the subject line.
    • You can still attach documents that do not contain sensitive information, such as email or landing page copy.
  • When entering your first ticket, you will be prompted to include your contact information. After submitting your ticket, go to kornferry.happyfox.com, enter your email address, and click forgot password to finish setting up your account. An account will allow you to easily check the status of your tickets. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your ticket is submitted. You can reply to this email with additional information or questions and your reply will be logged to the ticket.
  • You will receive a notification when the DG team member assigned to your ticket makes an update. You can also keep tabs on your tickets from your tickets dashboard.
  • When submitting a ticket, please be sure to select the category that most closely aligns to your request. This will ensure all required information is collected to expedite ticket processing. 

 

Categories

  • Email/Advertising Campaign Request - New (requires 3 business days lead time)
  • Webinar/Event Campaign - New (requires 3 business days lead time)
    • You require assistance setting up a new webinar campaign, including integrated Zoom webinar and an invitational or promotional components. 
  • Existing Campaign Request (requires 3 business days lead time)
    • You need to make an update to an existing campaign in Marketo
  • Analytics Request (average response time 3 business days)
    • You need advanced reporting from Domo or Salesforce
      • Please note, this does not include list pulls, basic email/webinar/campaign-level metrics. These should be pulled from Marketo.
  • List Import Only (requires 3 business days lead time)
    • You need to import a list of contacts not associated to Marketo. 
      • Please be sure to use the import template found in the Knowledge Base. Also,the file should NOT be attached to the ticket. it should be emailed with the ticket number in the subject line to [email protected] only. 
  • System Access/Issue Request (average response time 2 business days)
    • Request access for yourself or another marketer to one of our global systems.
    • Report an issue with a system
  • General Assistance (requires 3 business days lead time)
    • Please only use this category when one of the other categories does not fit your request.
