There're several occasions when you may need to provide a list of contacts for us to load to Marketo and sync with SFDC.

Tips for filling out the template:

• Always download a fresh template from this page, as we update them when necessary
• Please, follow instructions on the first tab/top rows
• Make sure email addresses are correct, submitted as 1 email address per line and don't have strange characters, spaces, commas, brackets
• Make sure all *Required fields have data
• When duplicating content to other cells/the whole column make sure you're not filling series but copying the data
• When required please make sure you copy the picklist values exactly as shown in the templates. Even spaces and letter case matter
• GDPR Reminder: Do not submit any contact information through Happy Fox. This includes names, email addresses, complete physical addresses, and phone numbers. When template is completed -- send via email, referencing your open HF ticket number, to [email protected] for processing.

1. Event/Webinar Attendees

For cases when the event/webinar registration wasn't conducted by Korn Ferry, so we don't hold this information, but you want people to live in Marketo and SFDC

• Use Event/Webinar attendees template
• Submit a ticket under "List Import Only" category
• Provide the Marketo campaign name or link to the Marketo campaign if it already exists

2. Webinar/Event Contact Requests

For Korn Ferry or 3rd party events/webinars where participants asked to be contacted by Korn Ferry consultants

• Use Non-Integrated Event/Webinar Contact Request template if the registrations weren't collected by us 
• Use Integrated Webinar/Event Contact Request template if we arranged the registration for the event
• Submit a ticket under "Webinar/Event Contact Requests ONLY" category
• Provide the Marketo campaign name or link to the Marketo campaign if it already exists

3. Contact Import

Other cases of mass import of contacts to our database. Could be survey participants, or new contacts collected during the roadshows etc.

• Use Contact Import template
• Submit a ticket under "List Import Only" category
• Provide the Marketo campaign name or link to the Marketo campaign if it already exists
