Effective September 2023, all chatbot experiences need to follow the updated Happy Fox process.

Submit a Happy Fox request, in the drop-down menu, select ‘Chatbot’

You will be given the below options (Links will lead to the brief download):

  • Handraiser (Experiences leading to connecting with a KF consultant, may contain links to content and other information)
  • Event Promotion (experiences with live event/webinar built-in registration). Must be submitted only after the respective campaign has been set up in Marketo/SFDC.
  • On Demand Event Promotion (promoting the event that took place, but has a recording/materials available on request)
  • LMR chatbot (Experience with live representative – is normally an adjusted clone of the existing successful chatbot, please feel free to use any of the above briefs)

Other: Explain what you would like to accomplish, and the team can work with you to determine the scope of work

Select the type of experience you would like to create – in the Happy Fox knowledge base, find the experience template you would like to have, fill it in and submit it in your Happy Fox ticket.

If you’re creating the new LMR experience, let us know what existing chatbot you would like to use or work out the content for the brand new chatbot. Please use any of the existing available templates. Also, if no existing template matches your purpose, please use “Handraiser” template and adjust to your needs.

SLAs and expectations:

  • Create content based (but not limited to) the suggested flow
  • Make sure the content is in line with our Tone of Voice (See the TOV document)
  • Submit a HF ticket for chatbot creation
  • Expect the test experience in 5 work days
  • Test
  • Provide necessary corrections
  • Changes implemented (3 work days)
